I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fanatics (Jacksonville, FL) in June 2021
Interview
Interview process was fairly easy. Applied through their careers portal. Recruiter called me and marketed the company for 20 mins and then asked me to introduce myself in the rest 10 mins, and then mentioned that he will get back after speaking to hiring manager. Reached me back in 10 days and scheduled a 30 mins technical call with hiring manager where I was bombarded with back to back technical questions on my background experience. The feedback of this round was excellent and so I was moved to the next 1 hour technical round with two senior team members(which was supposed to be coding round as per manager's feedback). But this round consisted of the same questions as the manager, just a bit deep diving. Coding question was asked only after one hour was over as extra time, which was very easy.

Interview
Reached out to by fanatics recruitment rep and asked for an initial conversation. This was a typical light behavioural round asked by a recruiter who has "ex-Meta" on their profile. Typical questions including asking around my curent work situation and expectation as well as projects worked on.
Went well enough, they mentioned I'd hear back.
I didn't hear back.
A month later I was reached out by another fanatics hiring rep (again labelled as ex-Meta). I mentioned I was already in progress, and ended up having the same call again.
This went very similarly to before, similar questions. They said they would contact me in the next couple of days.
No follow-up.
In both situations I sent several messages asking for feedback. Two independent recruiters, both ex-Meta (who ironically I am also interviewing with and are _not_ ghosting me), who said they would call back and didn't - this sounds as if it's accepted practice for them.

Interview
I thought the interview process was smooth in the beginning. I applied and a recruiter reached out to schedule the initial phone call. The email was super casual and almost didn't seem legit because it made no mention of the role I applied to. I set up a Zoom call to talk a little bit more about my background and the role and at the end we discussed the next step of doing a technical interview. The technical interview was another Zoom call. I thought this went pretty well. At the end, the interviewer said the recruiter was usually pretty good at getting back to candidates fairly quickly. I was ghosted after this point. Sent a follow-up to the recruiter and never heard anything back from them. Don't waste your time
