I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fanatics (Denver, CO) in June 2024
Interview
1st interview with recruiter, 2nd interview with manager, 3rd interview with director. All to get to know you better and see if you’re a good fit for the position. They want to see how your resume matches the responsibilities. After making it to the 3rd interview, the director cut the interview short. They passed on me, a job I was more than qualified for. The reasoning to decline an offer felt fake and made up. Very disappointed on how this was handled after taking me through so many interviews for an entry level job.
