5 situation based questions about past experiences. Focused on "competencies" with various criteria needed in the answer. Big focus on communication and teamwork. STAR method would be a great way to structure answers. Should have come prepared with questions to ask.

Interview
Standard process, nothing out of the ordinary, interview questions and a followup interview with the upper level management. Once completed they get back to you fairly quickly with an offer and assign you to a specific location.
