I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FedEx Office in Nov 2018
Interview
I was reached out by an in-company recruiter through LinkedIn and responded to his e-mail. Soon after, I had gotten a response and had a phone interview with him for a bit and after the conversation, felt well about applying for the position. I filled out the online application and the recruiter contacted me saying that he would get in contact with the store manager of my desired location. I interviewed with the store manager and the next day, interviewed with the District Manager. The recruiter then contacted me the day after with a formal offer of the position. The whole process has taken less than 2 weeks, some companies that I sent resumes to at the same time have only now replied to them asking if I am available for an interview.
