Phone interview was mostly talking to the HR rep. Most likely an engineer was listening in on the call. Almost all of the questions were group related questions with the rest being based off a supplied resume. There were questions on the manufacturing processes like which ones the person is interested in.

Interview
It was a phone interview, and the interviewer sounded like he was not even interested in knowing me as a person and employee. It just shows the negative attitude and less effort that put into there job. I believe HR is the department that reflects the entire corporation, especially as the first impression to applicants.
