The interview process started with questions regarding types of shoes and the ability to cross sell different accessories. The interview was very short and sweet. The manager also gave tips on how to progress with the company.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
