There was a total of three rounds of interview. First was a call with HR, then phone interview with a senior manager, third was an onsite interview with three different sets of interviewers. The interview process was very quick. The whole process took 1.5 weeks.

Question 1
Usual fit and behavioural questions and questions about past work experience. The questions are designed to evaluate fit for the role and the team culture. The third interview consists of case studies related to the freight industry. The case study is not very difficult and is used to measure your thought process and how you handle situations.
there were three stages: a regular interview with questions such as telling the interviewer about yourself and some STAR style questions, a case study interview surrounding dealing with an unhappy client/losing client’s supplies, and an interview which surrounded questions on drive and resilience.

Phone screen followed up by interview with hiring manager. Got an auto email saying they were moving on with other candidates whose skills more closely aligned with what they were looking for.
