3 rounds, first is phone interview with basic introduction, second round is interview by junior, third round is a case interview with a supply chain scenario were you have to answer how you would deal with a problematic situation.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flexport (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2018
Interview
Different from others who mostly interviewed for US locations, I applied for Shenzhen and have slightly different processes:
1. Recording video for a few questions
2. 30mins call with HR
3. Video interview with two Global Operation Associate in Shenzhen
4. On-site interview in LA with Data Ops and Global Operation Manager
5. Video interview with Director of Accounts in Shenzhen and Data Operation Manager in HK
Overall, the whole process ran pretty smoothly and I received feedback very quickly. Interview included a set of behavioral type of questions and two case studies. Like other comments mentioned, these questions aren't trying to trick you but look at how you articulate your thoughts and angles that you cut in. They do not require you to have experience in the field but it is always nice to have basic knowledge on supply chain management/Logistics.

Question 1
Research on the industry and company is essential. Case Studies.
The process is good, the interviewer is nice. But I stopped at the fifth interview. Total took around 3 weeks to go through the interviews, plus 1-2 weeks for the application period.
Phone screening followed by 4 in person interviews. Mostly behavioral and one very easy case study to demonstrate your thought process. Experience was great overall and there were no tough technical questions.
