First was a 30 minute briefing over the phone. Basic get to know you questions, background and qualifications as well as 5 situational/fit questions. Next was an invite out to their Atlanta office. (no reimbursement if you live out of state). The office was nice. I had four on site interviews. The first was a run through of the job description and what it entails. Next was a case study. Your job is to find the best transportation option for a client based on the scenario. A calculator is definitely needed. Not a hard case study but it can be confusing so ask as many questions as you can. The next interview was another case study, this one was figuring out how to get a critical lost cargo to the customer on time. The last interview was more serious, STAR type questions with the Director.
