there were three interviews, 2 in person and one online I only got group interviewed but I've heard of people getting solo interview. pretty easy interview mostly going to ask about past experiences and how well you work with others

Easy. All you need is a great background in sneaker knowledge from basketball to running to casual. Don't forget a positive attitude and you have to be willing to learn new skills.
