Ford Motor Company Interview Questions

Muy buena, buena atención, cuado llegas te ofrecen café, no va mucha gente, pero siempre uno quiere trabajar en ford, me gustó mucho, hay que ponerle mucha ganas actitud, mucho de uno mismo tratar de ser el mejor de todos

Recruiter contact 1 hour situational questions 1 hour programming assessment. Programming assessment is horrible. They did an webex session and remote control access to solve a coding challenge. The whole process was completely stupid. Conducted by cheap contractor employees. Very cheap offer and expect EXTREME programming results from job description. Chooses to interview people who are overfit for the role and then drops them in a bucket. Took them 2 to 3 months to reject you after entire process from application. It is a complete waste of time. By demographics alone. They choose to hire cheap foreign laborers overseas. Typically a cost cutting measure. I would not waste my time with this company.

It started with a phone screen then went to an online coding test. It was using hackerrank and had questions about angular and a ide coding challenge about spring field validation

1 Technical Round with 2 team members. It started with a Resume review and followed up with Embedded system questions. They went deep into the relevant experiences mentioned in the resume.

The recruiter had reached out to me on LinkedIn and was very enthusiastic about how good a fit I was. He said the hiring mgr was very eager to interview me. A couple of days later the interview was scheduled and I asked the recruiter what the pay range for the position was, as I would like to know before the interview. He said he didn't have that information but would have the lead recruiter call me. The lead recruiter called me a few hrs later and the first thing he said was they were rethinking the fit. I asked him if the interview was still on and he said yes, so I told him I'd like to know what the pay range for the position was before the interview as company pay transparency was very important to me. He told me pay transparency was very important to Ford - *candidate pay transparency*. I pointed out that isn't what pay transparency means. When he repeated they have to have *candidate pay transparency*, I told him I didn't think this was going to be a good fit. I emailed the woman who'd set up the interview and told her I was passing on the position and explained why. While I didn't mention it in the email, it's apparent the lead recruiter was willfully misusing the term pay transparency. Then, the next day, Ford sends me a rejection letter. Go figure.

Talk about yourself and your personal background. Pretty much just walk them through your resume. Next part was the technical section, asking about your previous work project/experiences, and technical info regarding manufacturing( PLCs, NCs, etc.)

it was pretty easy , first you have a phone call that is mostly behavioral and if you do pass you have another interview both with recruiter and engineer and that consisted of technical and behavioral

Fueron 2 entrevistas. La primera fue grupal con el personal de recursos humanos y la segunda fue con el jefe. Además de las entrevistas hubo un examen de inglés online.

1 recruiter interview and 2 technical interviews with the hiring manager. The recruiter interview was a quick 30 mins and the other two interviews were an hour each. Everything was done remotely.
