The interview process was lengthy and disorganized likely because of the company being smaller. Multiple rounds and final round with all of the partners. They took awhile to get me a response, especially after the final round.

Lengthy process which included random questions and timed test. Given a sample case or client and asked to show what steps should be taken to onboard. Also asked to show what information was missing from what was provided.
