Apply online, then find the local phone number or show up onsite to check on it. Let them know you want it, and they most likely will grant your wish. Two visits, a basic computer proficiency test which included a dictation test for typing speed of the declaration of independence. Then training, paid. Weeks of it. Hands on and many power points. Very easy open book tests. Easy if you paid attention and took notes anyways. If you zoned out, or lost the hand outs...well.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Foundever (Panamá) in July 2025
Interview
I applied to Foundever in Panama, a call center company that works with international clients. The application process started with an online English assessment on the Maki platform. The test had 8 sections, including multiple-choice questions, a short speech about social media, typing speed, and listening comprehension based on a customer service scenario.
After the test, I had a live interview with a recruiter who asked me about myself, my hobbies, and how I would deal with a very angry customer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Foundever (Sumter, SC) in Jan 2025
Interview
Interviewer was “unaware” of all the negative reviews on here and on Google. Phones and even purses must be locked up before working each day. In a locker. This seems dangerous. If you don’t trust someone with their phone don’t hire them.
Quick and easy over the phone interview. It was very simple questions. I got an offer in a few days following the phone interview. Most questions were about experience and schedule/job availability.
