Process has felt very unorganized and lacking any ability by their HR to know how to even find candidates. Had multiple reschedules, felt like there was zero prep done to know anything about me before the call began and they did not have any answers to my questions about the role or future of this role. Also, offering a part-time role without benefits is really limiting in finding anyone for a position.
