We’re very sorry to hear that you feel frustrated that no accommodations were made for your disability. We take such matters very seriously. In the past, candidates with additional requirements have raised these with us and we have done everything we can to accommodate them, but we fully appreciate that there wasn’t a clear ‘moment’ at the start of your interview process where you felt you could do so. As a result of your experience, we have reviewed our process and now include a question at the application stage to cover this, so the process is as clear and straightforward as possible.
