I received an email from their company representative about when I was available for a phone interview. I gave her my schedule & she sent another email saying, "We can talk after hours on Monday or Tuesday. Let me know about what time you get home in the evening and we can schedule the call for then." I told her what time I would be home. That day I found out a friend new a manager at the company & she sent him a message through LinkedIn giving me a referral. I never heard from her again. She didn't call me & I emailed her asking if I had missed a correspondence or a phone call & that I was still very much interested in the position & interviewing with the company. Very unprofessional, she didn't even have the decency/courtesy of making one phone call. It is ok though, I don’t want to be associated with a firm that does business like this.
