Applied 3weeks ago and just went true phone interview. Process take long time. Have to go thru phone interview, skill test, another phone interview, then (if you good) they'll have face to face and role playing interview. After that they'll give you an offer and if you accept, they put you true background check. So if you applied...At least 4 weeks waiting

Decent experience with the hiring managers. They asked a ton of questions and provided transparency on everything that was mentioned.
It was a simple interview and I would recommend the company.

Put in an application then the next day I passed through to take this online test, then I passed through that. Then I took my video interview which let me know that I wasn't chosen for the position the next day. A pretty quick interview process happened in less than 2 weeks.

role-play portion for the interview where you act as a claims adjuster and you are given time limits to complete an estimate. will be evaluated based on score and completion of estimate and ability to handle stress and multiple things at one time in a situation
