Round 1: CV screening Round 2: Interview with HRM HRM was pretty friendly and asked basic questions about background, motivation etc. After the interview, she sent a test to do in 60mins about a localization project: need to pay attention to the email details, file name/content, planning etc. Round 3: Interview with CEO and PM Tbh I was having a good impression with the company until this round. The questions were not difficult, however, the CEO and PM were not friendly and kept pushing. The interview was incredibly long, 1.5 hours (!) while this is not even a technical or senior position. A word of advice, people tend to express themselves the best when they are comfortable. I lost my focus in the last 30mins, because I didn't even bother to get in anymore.
