I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Gallup in Jan 2011
Interview
Applied online for the job and took the online assessment test. I got an email the next day informing me to proceed to the next stage which involved scheduling a phone interview. The duration of the phone interview was 90 minutes. I was asked a lot of questions which the interviewer was not allowed to explain or provide feedback on, but to only read the "script" and I answered as best as I could. I was not invited for the one-on-one interview probably because they wanted someone with solid business development/sales experience as most of the questions were oriented towards sales. Also once a question is asked, the next question will ask that you give examples or back up your response.

Interview
Applied through Linkedin. First round was a test. Second round was phone interview. Third round was an video call interview with hiring manager. Fourth round was video call interview with the internal team
One of the most straightforward processes I've been engaged in. I submitted application materials and took an assessment, and later was contacted by HR for a phone interview for a high level discussion, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager and other associates.

Interview
Gallup truly practices what it preaches -- the interview process was both thorough and thoughtful, and onboarding was first-class. While vetting my candidacy carefully, Gallup also offered full transparency about its culture, mission, and the role itself.
