Interview
Received a brief, but thorough phone interview asking for amount of customer service in my employment background as well as specific questions about past experiences in customer service. They do ask for specific examples.
Was then asked to come to a group interview.

The phone interview was not planned or expected. I was caught of gaurd and would like to have been more prepared.
It was a very easy process. Mine was a group interview with a few questions about experience and situational hypothetical scenarios. Only 1 interview and was hired the same day.

Easy interview seem to care about emotional intelligence and people skills, behavioral questions for most of the interview. They were friendly and easy to work with, and got offer very quickly after

Interview
It went well, lots of questions but followed up to be very informative on thier end. They were well prepared and didn't feel bothered to take time and answer all my concerns.
