I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Garmin in July 2018
Interview
I applied online and got a call from a recruiter a week later asking to set up a phone interview. It was a basic phone screen with someone from HR. They were very friendly and left me feeling positive about the interview. About a week later, I had a second round phone interview with a few ID managers. They seemed disinterested in talking to me from the start and didn't ask many questions. They also didn't express a lot of enthusiasm when answering my questions. To me it felt like they already made up their mind about me before the interview but were just following through with it to be professional.

If you’re a foreigner, don’t waste your time. Garmin doesn’t hire foreigners unless you have a sponsorship visa. They encourage international applicants to apply and waste applicants time . I don’t know why they give such a high hope to people who’s seeking for jobs.
