Phone screening and then you interview with two leads. You’ll role play with a team lead as if you’re an actual concierge associate taking live chats and phone calls. The other interview is a regular Q&A type of interview.

The interview was surprisingly supportive. At the end of the day, they just want to see if you can handle the workload mainly. They make you feel comfortable as possible.
