I came in and sat with two managers. The managers asked me about my previous job history and experience in dispatch. They also reviewed my resume. I was asked that same day to do a drug screening, which I passed. I started working the following week

Interview
Interview process as a whole was delightful to experience. Questions were concise and easy to answer. A tour was conducted during normal operating hours giving the applicant a good idea as to what one could expect if hired. And a general sense of family was felt throughout the entire interview. The interview concluded with a one-on-one meeting with the warehouse manager.
