I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gensler (Houston, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview took a long time to set up because of availably and it was a while before I heard back their response. I contacted different people at Gensler to get the interview, and my resume was forwarded to the recruiter who set up the interview. The whole process took about a month. I interviewed with 3 different people, and they did tell me in the email before the interview took place. Afterwards, I even got a tour of the office.
overall is good, sharing works and behavior questions to be asked. Average difficulty but they have so many candidates to review, so it's hard to stand out. But it is worth trying as they have great clients.
