Interview
I did four rounds with Getty Images for a Product Manager role.
- Round 1: Phone conversation with a recruiter who was patient with answering my questions
- Round 2: Phone conversation with a product director. I really appreciated him being transparent and making the conversation two-way
- Round 3: On-site with SVP and other key members of adjacent teams. Again, everyone was pleasant and made sure they made time to answer my questions
- Round 4: I was given a case-study that I presented to folks from various functional areas. Everyone was engaged and asked a lot of questions
Overall, I had a great time getting to know the Getty team. Ultimately, the timing didn't work out as I had another process that had finished

Interview
Initial HR phone screen, call with Director, in person interview with manager and director, then group interview with team. Overall the interview process was pretty straightforward but I thought the group interview with the team was unnecessary.
