Interview
• Convert raw product being fished into a frozen-at-sea, marketable product ready for sale
• Sort fish by species, size and condition
• Inspect product to ensure it meets Glacier Fish Company quality standards
• Place product into freezers
• Participate in offload of frozen product at end of trip.

Phone call. Zoom call. They asked personal questions. Questions about health. Did a drug test and screening. Physical capability questions. Previous work history. Phone calls and zoom calls. You have to go to orientation first and then you can continue the process.
