Gleeson Recruitment interview questions

You will be invited in multiple times to meet different members of the business. Usually either the Manager of the teams you are thinking about joining, a managing director and also one of the Directors. No specific interview questions, more just to understand you and understand your style of working. You will have to do a psychometric test.

Invited to register and have an interview but after responding by email and phone several times, the consultant just ghosted me and I didn't get anywhere. Very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone either as a client or candidate.
