Global Electronic Services interview questions

Initial recruiter call followed by mock call and then working interview. On working interview was sat down with a very unpleasant employee. Made me immediately change my mind at the prospect of having to work with this person.

Received a call asking if I could do a quick interview over the phone. After the phone interview, asked if I could come in for a face to face asap as they wanted someone to start the following week. Went in for a face to face and the interview was maybe 30 minutes. I don't think she was really familiar with the job and she didn't ask the questions that are usually asked for a management position, besides the one listed below. Basically just went over my resume. She assured me that they would make a decision by the end of the week but I never heard from them. I sent a follow email as well with no response. If you review this... It is very unprofessional not to response to an applicant after an interview. They take their time to interview with you, you can have the courtesy to at least let them know you went with another candidate.
