I recently had the opportunity to be interviewed twice for a Customer Service Representative position at Global Exchange. Both interviewers were incredibly kind and professional. During the second interview, I was able to clear all of my doubts and had the pleasure of meeting the manager, who seems to be very helpful and humble.
Although I decided not to take the job I had a very positive experience with Global Exchange and would highly recommend others to consider joining the company. The recruitment process was smooth and insightful, and the people I interacted with made a great impression on me. If you’re considering a position here, I encourage you to try it out—you’ll likely find it a rewarding experience.

Interview
It's a short and informal interview as they don't have an office. A staff member interviewed me in the open area inside the arrival hall. The whole process is very quick but it's really not worth your time. It's just wasting my time.

Why you would like to join this industry and company?
The interview involved an online screening and an in-person interview. It was fairly casual. The initial interview was not with a manager but the in-person one was. The in-person interview was at the job location.
