Awful. During my first interview, I brought up concerns about layoffs. The interviewer revealed that they had had layoffs THAT VERY WEEK. They also could not give me any kind of range for the salary (even a ballpark) as they "hadn't decided yet". After interview, I was ghosted for almost a month. I sent an email to ask for an update. All I got was a rejection email. However, this seemed to be in error, as I was offered a second round the next day. What?! Makes no sense, and just shows how poorly run this place is. Also, for what it's worth, I was ghosted after my second round with their subsidiary. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!!

Multiple interviews and presentation needed to show knowledge and to ascertain fit. HR INTERVIEW, then hiring manager and finally a panel interview were done. Presentation component was fun to put together.
