Got to the interview and quickly discovered that it was purely commission-based. They were eager to hire the whole group as it was more of a presentation for how you can make money by selling insurance. I felt very deceived. The other individuals and I came for an interview only to be shown a presentation. They then said, "Sign the sheet if you'd like to join. If not, it was nice meeting you."

It was a zoom video call with around 50 people, where the separate into small groups to tell a little bit about the position, ask the people couple questions, they're clear about what you have to do and the kind of people they are looking for.

Interview
Really good, it was smooth and the employer was interesting. Asked many questions and was very direct with company values and what they do on a day to day basis.
I was reached out to via sms text and told that they received my resume through monster and wanted to set up an interview within 24hrs. they could not comment on salary.
