They gather a group of us of about 20 to 22 individuals in a room. It was done so that the presenter could speak to all of us at once. Instead of talking to 22 people individually presenting the same pitch. Once the presentation was done, they would contact the individuals that they wanted to pursue for the next phase depending on their resumes and their response to a 3 page survey.

I was emailed an invitation to a webinar where the presenter talked in circles about absolutely nothing. Upon further investigation during the zoom call, I learned that the 'management' position was actually a commission based life insurance sales job.
