First you speak with an account manager 1:1 you are asked about 3 questions then if you seem like a candidate you are taken into a room with other candidates to answer a questioner followed by a 30-45 minute presentation on how the company works and how you can earn uncap salary based on the number of people you sign up on insurance.

Training is terrible. The trainer literally reads information to you. Not much training for work from home positions. Management has no answers to anything. Coaches seemed to just be there to make sure you take breaks on time.
