I have applied through an employee referral. The HR department contacted me 3 weeks after my application through the employee referral. I have received an automated email saying that I needed to complete a Universal Cognitive and Personality Assessment test. I have completed it and received another automated email rejecting my application. I did not receive any feedback on my test scores, which would have been helpful, nor any other interaction with the HR Department to understand my motivations. Very weak and nontransparent interview process which might reflect the company culture.
