I went to the job fair they had during summer of this year. I didn't feel like the environment was great for interviews. I was able to hear the other people talk and it affected my concentration. Also. The interviewer did not bother to look at me or pay attention to me.

A quick and relaxed phone screen interview before a panel interview was offered (and accepted). The phone interview was conversational in style and the recruiter was easy to talk to and informative.
