I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Google (Boulder, CO) in June 2016
Interview
Initial phone interview. Really wasn't the right job or position for me. So interview was mostly vetting my past experiences. I am much more on the development and engineering side of software and systems, less sales. Position was really more of a account manager and sales lead.

Question 1
Questions most centered around trying to exclude me from position for over qualification.
The process for an Account Executive role at Google Dublin typically consists of four stages, including an information session, initial screening, and multiple interviews with different team members. The timeline is not extremely fast — there are waiting periods between stages, especially after the final round. Candidates report the full process taking anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Great support during the process.

What is your greatest accomplishment in your career
They reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we scheduled an interview. The initial interview went well however, they did not get back to me afterward. I sent many emails, but they did not reply to any of them. It was extremely unprofessional.
Not very personable. When I asked about salary expectations they lowballed and said there's no room for negotiation and that only managers make the salary I asked for (I was making it already as a non-manager)
