Interview
The process usually starts with an online assessment. It is followed by two back-to-back phone interviews. Once you've passed those stages you are put into the host matching stage where potential hosts reach out to candidates to see if they are a good fit for their team/project.

Online application, then reached out for a phone call with an external recruiter. Here was told to expect two (eliminatory) technical interviews, no behavioural assessment. These technical interviews were scheduled about two weeks apart. Heard back within a day or two from final round.
