I applied online. I interviewed at Green & Healthy Homes Initiative
Interview
It was a brief interview process, and I appreciate that the experience was not dragged out. Met with HR, direct members of the team, and then supervisory colleagues. Provided work samples as well.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Green & Healthy Homes Initiative
Interview
Rushed to schedule my interview. Spoke with HR and COS - had direct, immediate feedback about next steps and then never heard from anyone again. No, “thanks but no thanks,” no, “we filled the role.”
Just a big HR black hole. Unprofessional. Put a professional face on your HR department as they are often the first, and last impression people have of your organization. HR should reflect the professionalism and culture you want potential employees, employees and former employees to possess.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Green & Healthy Homes Initiative (Baltimore, MD) in June 2017
Interview
I made it to the second interview, which consisted of sitting with the CEO, Ruth Ann Norton. The process for applying for the position was easy. An HR representative called me and scheduled my interview.
