I applied in-person. I interviewed at Greystar (Denver, CO) in June 2014
Interview
I only had one, simple interview and was hired on the spot. I was asked to come in by the hiring manager who had seen me work in another industry and thought that I would be a good fit. It was a comfortable experience. I would recommend dressing a bit more formal than business casual.

Question 1
What do you think you could offer our residents on a daily basis that sets you apart from other potential applicants
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Greystar (West New York, NJ) in Feb 2026
Interview
I was working in a management position when ownership decided it was best to have Greystar take over managing their properties. I interviewed with Greystar and was offered a leasing position.
