      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GrowME in Nov 2025

      Interview

      My first interview was very basic and didn’t provide much insight into the role or company. The second interview, with the head of the Account Management team, was where I decided to end the process early. The interviewer’s tone and approach came across as unnecessarily arrogant and dismissive. I understand the importance of assessing a candidate’s skills and knowledge, but this can be done respectfully. The interview quickly shifted into a “role-play” scenario that did not feel relevant or necessary for an Account Manager position in a marketing agency. When I questioned the approach, I was told that “our clients are way tougher than what I am,” which didn’t make sense to me and didn’t match the nature of the role or industry. Overall, the experience did not reflect a collaborative or professional environment, and it made me question whether the company values respectful communication.
