Tell me about yourself and describe the previous company merits and demerits.
The interview process was straightforward and mainly focused on understanding my background and experience. They asked basic questions related to process improvement, communication skills, and my previous work. Overall, it was smooth and easy to attend.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Guardian Life (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2020
Interview
Nothing much was done. HR round , Aptitude and then Manager round. All the process was smooth and nothing was of any hassle. Only the waiting time is what was not good otherwise everything was good.
