Talked with a recruiter 1-on-1 at a university career fair, applied for the position online, and received a text about a month or a month and a half afterward asking to set up a time for an interview. There were 3 people in my interview: the original recruiter and 2 hiring managers. Was offered the position a week later. Interview was entirely behavioral questions, and about half of them were questions directly about my resume or followup questions. Interview took 30 minutes and didn't feel like it was ended short or was dragged on.
