The interview process was pleasant. Each interaction felt like less like a formal interview and more like a conversation. I was put at ease from the very beginning, and was given an opportunity to elaborate on my skill-set, all while being asked relevant questions that set me up for success. What I appreciated was that the President of company spent a lot of time talking me with (second interview), and she was comforting but also transparent about the expectations of an Account Executive position.
