Interview
Interview process was very comprehensive and took around three months from start to finish. HR folks were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and made sure that it was as painless as possible.
The actual interviews were a mix of case questions and behavioral. I really enjoyed all the case questions as they were not meaningless brain teasers but relevant to the position and thus were interesting to solve.
Overall the process was interesting but very exhaustive in terms of time requirement and the number of interviews involved.

Interview
Very organized. The recruiter, Camille Ong, was very on top of communications and making sure you were in the loop. Only had to come into the office once for one round of interviews with many people across the marketing team.
Gusto has the most organized and well run hiring process I've ever encountered. Before each round the recruiter called me to tell me about who I'd be meeting with, and the types of questions they'd ask. This demonstrated a level of preparation and consistency not commonly found at startups.

Interview
The interview process was extensive and thorough, but I felt comfortable the entire time, like I was speaking with real people about real goals and values. I was kept looped in on all stages of the process and felt as though there were clear expectations about my skill set and responsibilities. The recruiter did a great job preparing me for the in-person interviews, walking me through the schedule, and talking about the company. I felt awesome about the company throughout the whole process, even when I was challenged.
