Questions were built around Leadership style questions and behavior scenarios on how you would handle certain situations or talking about your biggest failures and what you did to improve. Good dialogue but just needed to think more about the questions

I had three interviews for the Operations Manager position. Store Director was very professional and straight forward with questions. He listened to my answers without interruption. Time was scheduled and we were not disturbed during the interview. Believe I would have enjoyed working for and with the Director and Company, but I was not chosen.

Interview was easy and took about one hour for each interview. Nothing too difficult was asked. They provided zero feedback. Seems like a bunch of old people that have been with the company for 30 plus years.
