The interview process is cumbersome and technical people were asked to be at panel. While the role and discussion is around Business/Functional, the interviewer not able to probe any questions on the domain/consulting/requirements gathering. And he kept on asking my clientele details which is annoying. The interview is to test the skills, domain competency, and knowledge on the platform not to know the client details.
