Interview
The interview for the role of structural CAD technician was conducted by the drafting group leader and structural engineer (the hiring manager should have been present, but she was not). The interview took place in a fairly friendly atmosphere. I immediately find a common language with the structural engineer and the whole process went smoothly. During the interview, I was shown the company’s projects and asked about work experience, qualifications and technical skills. And although I did not end up working with the company, I leave a chance that in the future I can connect my career with this employer.
