Interview process takes 2-3 stages. The first gate to get through is being interviewed by the Technical Director. Next is the interview for mission fit. I did not make it through the entire process so I am unsure of the additional steps. I found the interview questions to be very different than what I expected given the job I applied for.
Straightforward, basically told me what the job was like and if I had experience in excel. It wasn’t your usual interview. They didn’t even ask normal interview questions. But I was moving internally. Also I feel like a lot of jobs they already know who they’re going to hire.

3 Phone interviews in total. Had 2 interviewers who tag-teamed and played Good Cop - Bad Cop. Not bad actually, I enjoyed the game.
The HR pre-interview is done in order to weed out candidates. At first they seem too friendly and reasonable. Then HR will make promises they can keep and will have no problem ghosting you. This is cruel treatment for candidates willing to go the extra mile for HII. In the end, I was ghosted and found out that they hired someone from within. Very disappointed about this company's practices, and I will not recommend them to any of my fellow analysts.
