There was an over the phone, face-to-face then a call back. After that was accomplished you had slide show and video training with questions and an orientation.

Received a phone call and was asked a few questions, scheduled an interview for a few days later. Received phone call 3 days later. The person interviewing me seemed a little intimidating/serious but was actually very nice.

Interview
The job is in an airport, so I knew I’d have to deal with the parking and chaos, but I definitely wasn’t expecting the interview to take place at the (very crowded) Starbucks, at a small table crammed in the corner where everyone stood to wait for their orders. You’d think they’d have an office or something to conduct interviews in... a little odd to go through the interview process with a bunch of strangers as onlookers.

The interview process was fairly quick. It didn’t take long for my background check to process and it didn’t take long for me to get my badge. The manager that hired me asked me pretty basic questions.
