In office interview with three managers and the managing director. A few technical questions but the focus of the interview was finding more about who you are as a person and whether you fit in with the firm culture. Although this interview was in a group setting, the company no longer structures their interviews in this way. They now interview one on one and with typically three people from the firm; a director, manager and supervisor/senior.
